A communications specialists, A mother of 3, a rotarioan, a mentor, a teach, a journalist. The 41years old is a Ugandan, Chartered PR professional with the CIPR-UK and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the PMI She is currently a communication specialist with the Donor funded – USMID Program (Uganda Support to Municipal Infrastructure Development Program) fully funded by the World Bank, and Implemented through the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development in the Government of Uganda. 

 

A former journalist with Uganda’s second busiest (and privately owned), Media House – the Daily Monitor Publications, Sheila loves making friends, reading and also charity work where the less privileged are served
